We pledge a response within 2 business days for every email. Most reach back within 24 hours. We're a small editorial team based across multiple time zones, so weekend emails may not see a reply until Monday or Tuesday.
What We Can Help With
- Broken coupons. If a "Claim Now" button on this site lands you on a page where the advertised discount isn't applied, tell us — we'll fix it the same day.
- Partnership requests. Open to sponsored content, cross-promotion, and content swaps with privacy/security publishers. Subject line: "Partnership."
- Press inquiries. Quotes, fact-checks, and interview requests on password-manager topics. Subject line: "Press."
- Editorial corrections. If we got a fact wrong, tell us. We publish corrections promptly and visibly.
- Coupon submissions. Spot a 1Password deal we missed? Send it over — we'll verify and add it within 48 hours.
What We Can't Help With
We are not 1Password. We can't reset your master password, recover your Secret Key, restore deleted vault items, change your billing, or troubleshoot the 1Password apps. Those all belong with 1Password's official support team at support.1password.com, who are excellent and respond quickly.
We also don't provide individualized security advice (we're publishers, not consultants). For account-specific security concerns, contact 1Password directly or a licensed cybersecurity professional in your jurisdiction.
