▸ Limited-time: New customers save up to 40% on 1Password — code auto-applies

Who We Are

1Password Coupons is published by the OnePass Deals editorial team — a small group of writers, security researchers, and longtime password-manager users who got tired of finding broken coupon codes and PR-flavored reviews scattered across the web. We built this site to be the single up-to-date source for verified 1Password discounts, plain-English pricing breakdowns, and reviews honest enough to recommend a competitor when that's the right answer.

Why We Built This Site

Password managers are one of the highest-leverage pieces of personal software anyone can install — they sit in front of every other account you own. But the buying experience is needlessly confusing: pricing is fragmented across countries and currencies, coupon codes circulate that haven't worked in years, and reviews are often thinly disguised affiliate funnels with no skin in the game. We started 1Password.coupons to fix that for one specific product line: the OnePass Deals team uses 1Password ourselves, every day, across personal and work accounts, and we're in a good position to tell you what works, what doesn't, and where you should actually click.

What We Do

Our Mission

To make picking, paying for, and getting the most out of 1Password as friction-free as possible — and to be transparent about the cases where you should pick something else instead (Bitwarden Free, Proton Pass, NordPass on a 2-year plan, the GitHub Student Pack). The goal is fewer reused passwords in the world, not more clicks on our affiliate link.

Our Editorial Standards

We only recommend tools we use ourselves. Every pricing claim on this site is sourced directly from 1Password's public documentation or our own verified-cart screenshots. Coupon expiration counters are educated estimates based on observed deal patterns, not artificial scarcity. When we say "verified," we mean a human on our team confirmed the deal worked within the last seven days. When a competitor is the better answer for a specific use case, we say so — even when it costs us a commission.

How We Make Money

We earn affiliate commissions when readers sign up for 1Password through our links. This commission is paid by 1Password (specifically, AgileBits Inc., the maker of 1Password), not by you — your price is identical whether you arrive through our link or directly. We disclose this relationship clearly on every long-form page on the site. Commissions are how we fund the time spent maintaining this site, but they do not influence our editorial verdicts or the order in which we rank competitors.

A Fun Fact

Our team's combined password vault has over 14,000 logins — yes, we live in 1Password. Watchtower keeps an embarrassing percentage of those items flagged as "needs attention" at any given time, which is exactly why we have a job.
